From April 20 to 22, 2022, in Santiago, Chile, the first Conference of Parties to the Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice on Environmental Issues will be held in Latin America and the Caribbean (COP1, Escazu Agreement). The CIDCE will organize an official side event, tomorrow (April 20), on the theme “Legal indicators to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of the Escazú Agreement”.
